For low income countries, as listed by the most recent World Bank list, registrants will be granted a reduced fee. Registrants must provide proof of residency to be eligible for the low-income country rate. Please email registration@secretariatcentral.com to confirm residency.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations will only be accepted on or before October 1, 2026. Please note there is a 10% administration fee applied to all cancellations. No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after October 1, 2026. No liability is assumed by the CAGP-CCSMH for changes in program date, content, speakers, venues, or cancellation of the event.
