• Names of co-presenters (up to 8)
  
• Title and 3 learning objectives
  
• 1 overall abstract and 3-5 individual abstracts
  
• Each abstract should be 250 words (organized under the following headings: background, methods, results, conclusions) 
  

A common title for the overall symposium should be agreed upon in advance with other authors involved in the submission.
