CAGP-CCSMH Call for Abstracts is CLOSED

Before submitting your abstract be sure to check that you have all that is required to submit:

Name, full address, phone number, email, organization name, and brief bio of primary author
Names of co-authors (up to 8)
Bios of co-authors, if presenting
Title and 3 learning objectives
A 250 word abstract (organized under the following headings: background, methods, results, conclusions)

When you're ready you can submit your abstracts for the 2019 CAGP-CCSMH ASM by clicking on "Register".

Please note: Once you have started the abstract submission form, you must complete it. If you do not complete the process prior to exiting the form, your information will NOT be saved.
